Thank you for bringing SUMA into your daily practice. We design and craft our ergonomic meditation cushions in Europe to support healthy, upright posture, relieve back tension, and deepen your focus. We want you to feel confident and fully supported in your journey.

30-DAY MINDFUL TRIAL

Adapting to mindful posture takes regular, gentle practice. We encourage you to sit on your cushion for at least 14 to 30 days to allow your hips, pelvis, and spine to adjust naturally to the ergonomic lift.

OUR SUSTAINABLE RETURN COMMITMENT (KEEP & 50% REFUND)

As a mindful brand committed to environmental sustainability, we avoid transatlantic freight and physical returns of bulky cushions. Shipping filled cushions across the ocean creates unnecessary carbon emissions, logistics strain, and landfill waste.

If you have practiced on your cushion and find that it is not the right fit for your body within 30 days of delivery:

  • Contact us at hello@sumamind.com with your order number.
  • We will issue an immediate 50% refund directly back to your original payment method.
  • No physical return required: You keep the cushion. You do not need to pack boxes, pay expensive international courier fees, or wait weeks for transit.
  • We invite you to gift the cushion to a friend, family member, coworker, or local yoga teacher who may benefit from better posture.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit or exhibits any manufacturing defect, please email hello@sumamind.com with a photo within 30 days of receipt. We will immediately arrange a 100% full refund or dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we process and dispatch orders rapidly with FedEx freight from Europe, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, our 30-Day Mindful Posture Guarantee applies.
